How can they keep increasing the rates for 2 rs per month till 2010 that is ridiculous. Fuel rates were 147$ per barrel 15 days back now its down to 112$ i feel the rates should be decided based the rise and drop of crude pricing. US and many other western countries follow it they give the oil companies rights to change the oil price based on the market rates of crude.
